Shipping Policy

Items are shipped 1-3 business days within the receipt of an order, depending on the product type or format. Heritage Of Arrows currently ships all items via standard shipping ($5.00 within the U.S. & $5.50 Internationally). 

Our Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not considered shipping days. Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For any questions regarding your shipment, please contact

For international orders, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Items will be sent via USPS or UPS.


Our team will send emails including order updates. These emails include order confirmation and tracking information.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final for International orders and non-refundable. By placing an order at, international customers automatically agree to these terms.


Orders placed within the U.S. must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. .Returns will be made at the customers expense unless an item was sent in error. The customer should place the invoice inside adequate packaging with the returning product(s) to prevent damage during shipment. We highly suggest using use a tracking method with proof of delivery when shipping all returns.

If the returned product(s) arrives used or damaged, we will not provide the full refund.

Customers must contact our team within the 30 day return window to begin the return process. If the customer fails to contact the Heritage Of Arrows team before sending the return, the product will be rejected and returned to sender.
